Genesys Named a Leader in 2016 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Contact Centre Infrastructure, Worldwide

Gartner recently released the 2016 Magic Quadrant for Contact Center Infrastructure, an annual report evaluating call center solution providers based on completeness of vision and ability to execute.

This is the eighth consecutive year Genesys is recognized as a leader and eighth time Genesys is positioned furthest to the right on the completeness of vision axis.
