Coming Soon – A New Way to Activate Genesys Software
Currently, after you’ve downloaded new Genesys software for your on-premises operations, you or your Genesys salesperson sends an email to the Genesys licensing team requesting that the new software be activated. On December 1, you can start using the new online Activation File Request tool for file requests and questions to the Licensing team.
The new Activation File Request tool will guide you through the details needed to process and track your requests, simplifying the process. Your requests will be routed to the regional Licensing Analyst familiar with your environment, making the overall software activation process more efficient. This new tool is one more way we are making it easier to use Genesys.
The Activation File Request tool can be accessed:
- On the My Support home page before you log in
- On My Support after you have logged in
- Through an active link provided by Customer Care.
