  • Cloud Overview – Four hours on the interfaces and features of Outbound Engagement, Premier Edition, Business Edition, and Enterprise Edition Cloud.
  • Designer Overview – Learn how to use Genesys Designer to manage announcements and day-to-day routing parameters as well as skills for Self Service and Assisted Service Applications.
  • Skype for Business Overview – Learn about the UCMA Connector, Skype for Business T-Server, and Workspace Desktop Edition Plug-in for Skype for Business that Genesys provides to integrate for your voice, presence, IM, and video infrastructure.
  • Speech Analytics Overview – Also known as Genesys Interaction Analytics 8.5 Operations which will cover the end user interface for search and analytic data identification, agent coaching, speech recognition results audits, as well as speech and text analytics reports.
