Manage Your Cases Anytime and Anywhere with the Genesys Care Mobile App!

If you have a Genesys My Support login and would like the flexibility to view and manage your cases on-the-go, then download the Genesys Care Mobile App (available for iOS and Android). 

The Genesys Care Mobile App has been developed by Genesys Customer Care to provide you with a flexible and fast way for communicating with us. Using your hand-held device, you will be able to:

  • Review your Open Cases, including all public Case Updates
  • Post Case Updates
  • Tap to Call directly to the Owner of your Case or queue a call until they are next available (available now in EMEA and APAC; coming soon to US and LATAM customers)
  • Request Case Closure
