There’s a shift in customer relationships, and we all felt it at G-Force in Miami earlier this month. It was more than the power of Hurricane Matthew, our unexpected guest. G-Force was an opportunity to reinforce what we consider our NextGen relationship with you, our customers, and to help you achieve the same results with your customers.
The evolution to NextGen customer relationships is not new. It’s an ongoing process of deeper engagement as organizations take individual moments, craft them into experiences, and eventually form deep, valuable relationships that truly align with customer expectations. Powerful stuff!
Two new, independent Forrester Wave reports validate our claim that we have the skills and technology to take you there. Forrester named Genesys a leader with the highest scores for Contact Center Interaction Management—for both mid-size and large contact centers. Based on Forrester’s 40 criteria, we are also a leader for omnichannel capabilities, and reporting and analytics. This evaluation is big news for our current and future customers: NextGen omnichannel capabilities are within reach for companies that want to work with Genesys.
In a blog about using the Forrester report, Genesys Chief Marketing Officer Merijn te Booij noted: “For companies that are new to purchasing a CCIM solution or haven’t updated their contact center system for some time, the report offers valuable guidance on how to assess and select their future contact center vendor.”
Celebrating our success has a lot to do with your success, and we’re proud to have evolved along with you. At G-Force, it was our honor to call out the “best of the best” in innovation. The 11th annual Genesys Customer Innovation Awards went to eight stand-out leaders in global customer experience for breaking down silos, migration to the cloud, and more.
